Thank you once again for trusting us with your VA claim. This correspondence is rather lengthy so we have provided a BLUF as follows:

BLUF (Bottom Line Up Front): Use the link below to schedule a strategy consultation. Your claim will lose priority until your retainer is paid and a strategy consultation is scheduled. We DO NOT accept every Veteran. If we have accepted you as a client, we believe that your matter is worth our expertise and will yield a result in your favor. Our retainer fee is $500. Our performance fee is five times the difference in additional VA disability compensation we obtain for you if you are 30% or more. If you are rated less than 30% then you will pay a performance fee flat rate of $2,500 if awarded less than 100% or $5,000 if awarded 100%. You may or may not need DBQs which carry a cost of $300 per DBQ. We do all the work for you and develop strategy and coaching session to ensure your success. Details are provided below.

Below, we have outlined what to expect as the next steps in the process of submitting your claim, future cost if applicable, and fees.

Step 1: We will conduct an in-depth analysis of your current disabilities and information from your intake to identify where is best to pursue an increase, appeal, or secondary conditions.

Step 2: We will follow up with you about our findings and began the process of assembling the evidence of your claim for a full submission to the United States Department of Veteran Affairs. This step may require having DBQ(s) completed, which if completed by our doctors, will incur an additional small cost of $300 per DBQ. During this step, we will also discuss strategies that will elicit the results you seek in your claim as well as address any questions, comments, or concerns you may have.

Step 3: After we have submitted your claim to the VA we will send you an email confirming the submission of your claim to the VA. There are instances where the VA may schedule a VA exam for your case. If this occurs, please contact our office to schedule an appointment with us so we can advise you of what to expect at that VA examination.

Our process typically takes 30-45 days from the day you submit your retainer fee to the time we submit your case. Once your case is submitted, we typically see a decision come from the VA in roughly +/- 90 days. Please be aware that these times can vary.
