Stronger VA Claims Start With Stronger Medical Evidence.
Physician-prepared DBQs and Nexus Letters, built to clearly document your condition, its severity, and its relationship to your service -- prepared by medical professionals exercising independent medical judgment.
Veteran-focused medical evidence review with licensed physicians.
What Medical Evidence Do You Need?
Most veterans fall into one of three situations. Find yours below.
If an existing service-connected condition has gotten worse, a DBQ documents its current severity, symptoms, and functional impact -- the kind of detail the VA looks for when evaluating an increase.
Get a DBQIf one condition may be connected to, or made worse by, an existing service-connected disability, a Nexus Letter addresses that medical relationship. A corresponding DBQ is included when clinically appropriate.
Get My Medical EvidenceIf your claim was denied, you may need more than new evidence. We'll review what you have and, when appropriate, connect you with an accredited VA attorney for Supplemental Claims, Higher-Level Reviews, or Board Appeals.
Review My OptionsA Simple Way to Think About Your Evidence
Physician-Prepared DBQs
A Disability Benefits Questionnaire documents your diagnosis, symptoms, severity, and functional impairment in the format the VA uses to evaluate claims. It's most commonly relevant when you're seeking an increased evaluation of an existing service-connected disability.
- Mental Health
- Migraines
- Back & Neck Conditions
- Knee & Shoulder Conditions
- Sleep Apnea, GERD, IBS
- Radiculopathy & Other Conditions
Independent Nexus Letters
A Nexus Letter is an independent medical opinion addressing the relationship between a claimed condition and your service, an existing service-connected disability, or another qualifying event. The medical provider reaches this opinion using independent clinical judgment.
- Secondary Service Connection
- Direct Service Connection
- Aggravation Claims
- Combined with a Corresponding DBQ

Already Received a VA Decision?
Some veterans need more than medical evidence. For Supplemental Claims, Higher-Level Reviews, Board Appeals, or other matters requiring accredited representation, we may coordinate an introduction to an accredited VA attorney partner. Here's how the roles break down:
Medical Evidence
We help identify and obtain the DBQs and Nexus Letters appropriate for your situation.
Independent Evaluation
A qualified physician conducts an independent medical evaluation and forms their own clinical opinion.
Legal Representation
An accredited VA attorney partner handles legal strategy and representation for your appeal, where representation is accepted.
Additional Services
Two additional filing services for situations medical evidence alone doesn't cover.
DIC Claims for Spouses
Dependency and Indemnity Compensation (DIC) is a benefit available to certain surviving spouses of veterans. We help surviving spouses prepare and file a DIC claim, including gathering the supporting documentation the VA requires.
Discharge Upgrades
If you separated with a discharge status other than Honorable, you may be able to petition for a discharge upgrade. We help prepare and file the petition with the appropriate military discharge review board.
