Our Internal Process

Thank you for the opportunity to engage with you regarding your VA claim. Our process is streamlined to be able to serve you and your family. Here are the steps: 

Step 1: We conduct an an intake to identify your goals and what evidence may be needed to serve you in your VA claim. 

Step 2: After you complete your initial call with our team you will receive an intake form. That form will ask for your E-benefits information. We ask for this to allow for 0% errors, direct submission to the VA, as well as to ensure we can analyze the entirety of your claim to ascertain all we do to obtain the most money, each month, for the rest of your life. 

Step 3: After you submit your intake form we will accept or deny you as a client. Unfortunately, we don’t accept every client; only the clients that the evidence show a greater percentage of return. If we did not accept you- all is not lost. You may develop other condition that can be claimed at a later date. 

Step 4: Upon acceptance we will send you an invoice for our services as well as an agreement. We will also discuss strategy with you as well as several options to serve you and your family. 

Step 5: After completion of your strategy we will start the process customizing your case. It may require you to visit our doctors which may come at an additional cost to you. Get in touch with us if you have questions about this. 

Step 6: After your case has been customized we will submit those findings to the VA and await their decision. 

Step 7: If you have to report to a C&P exam we will provide you with a complimentary coaching session to help you articulate your conditions to the VA.
