Please check your email for an introduction from your Account Manager at Seven Principles. 

Here’s what to expect next:

Step 1

You will be assigned a dedicated Account Manager who will send an email introducing themself. From that email, you’ll click to schedule the necessary introductory call with your Account Manager. During that call, your Account Manager will further introduce themselves, confirm information with you, and finish the intake process. Please note that strategy discussion will not be the purpose of your initial call. A one-on-one strategy session will be scheduled upon acceptance after your Account Manager establishes you within our firm.

 Step 2

Once we’ve completed your intake, our strategy team will review your rated disabilities (and any relevant evidence) to determine whether or not we can accept you as a client.

 Step 3

If you are accepted as a client, you will receive an email from us welcoming you to the firm. That email will be followed up with an invoice to retain our services and an agreement. Our complete process takes approximately 45–60 days to submit to the VA. This timeframe can be shortened or lengthened based on your individual needs.

To expedite the claims process, please use the link provided in your introduction email to submit your updated e-benefits credentials and a copy of your DD214. This information will allow our team of VA Raters and medical doctors to strategize your claim.
