We assist with original claims (you have never filed a claim), claims for increase (your disability has worsened), secondary claims (one of your disabilities has caused another disability),and appeals (you disagree with the VA decision).
For VA disability claims our process takes about 90-120 days from the time you are accepted as a client until your case is decided by the VA. These timeframes can vary due to the nature of your claim and the decision timeframe by the VA.
Studies indicate that Veterans who use a consultant or consulting firm that specialize in VA disability see their annual average benefits nearly double compared to those who seek benefits alone or through a Veteran’s Service Organization (VSO) or free of charge resource.

Yes. If you are not able to locate your medical records, we can obtain them on your behalf.
VA disability benefits are awarded on a percentage rating level of disability. The VA has a “Ratings Schedule” that determines the percentage awarded per the type of disability. Disability compensation ranges from 0% to 100%. Veterans with spouse or children “dependents” receive larger monthly compensation, and multiple ratings are totaled into a “Combined Rating”.
Our standard retainer fee is $500 and is only assessed after we have executed due diligence in analyzing your claim to see if we can potentially provide a return on your investment. This fee includes one-on-one strategy discussions with your attorney, a C&P exam coaching session, an in-depth medical documentation review, and hours of work customizing your claim.
We consider a return on your investment as an increase of at least 10 percentage points in your monthly VA disability, i.e. an increase from 70% to 80%. In conjunction with your retainer fee, we also assess a performance fee once the case is decided by the VA. We have outlined those costs below for you.
We define a performance fee as the fee that is assessed to our clients for the amount we yield in increasing your monthly VA disability compensation. To better serve our clients, we employ a two-tiered performance fee system.
For those claims where at the time of a ratified agreement the current level of service connection is 0% (or if you have never filed a claim) the performance fee is $3,000 if we perform and increase your VA disability to 90% or less (but an increase overall), or $7,500 if increased to 100%.
If your percentage is 10% or more, you are assessed a fee of 5 times the difference in monthly compensation that we are able to secure for you or 20% of retroactive pay, whichever is greater. We impose a cap on performance fees at $12,000.
The following is an example of how this fee is calculated (these numbers are fictitious and for conceptual purposes only): New VA Percentage and pay: 80% at 1,867.69 Subtract Old VA Percentage and pay: 70% at $1,609.71 Equates to $257.98 Multiplied by 5 Equates to $1,289.90. This amount would be the balance due on the account. We also offer 10% off if you would like to pay the entire balance in full, which in this case would amount to $1,160.91. For cases that have a substantial increase and the balance becomes greater than $5,000, we offer a 10-month payment option.
