Once you receive a decision, you can complete your intake form immediately after to move forward.

Unfortunately, we are unable to assist Veterans who’ve been discharged either Dishonorably or for Bad Conduct.

There’s still a chance you may be able to become eligible for VA benefits, however. You will have to submit a DD Form 293 and be awarded a Discharge Upgrade.

Step 3

If you are accepted as a client, you will receive an email from us welcoming you to the firm. That email will be followed up with an invoice to retain our services and an agreement. Our complete process takes approximately 45–60 days to submit to the VA. This timeframe can be shortened or lengthened based on your individual needs.

To expedite the claims process, please use the link provided in your introduction email to submit your updated e-benefits credentials and a copy of your DD214. This information will allow our team of VA Raters and medical doctors to strategize your claim.
